German coach Hansi Flick has outlined his expectations for Barcelona’s attacking unit, stressing patience, intensity, and collective responsibility as the team continues its push for consistency.
Speaking after a training session, Flick highlighted Brazilian winger Raphinha’s ongoing adaptation, insisting the player must be supported as he grows into his role. The Barcelona manager also emphasized the need for full commitment in every match, noting that high intensity and teamwork remain non-negotiable principles in his system as the club balances development with results.
According to Barcacentre, Flick explained that Raphinha must progress “step by step,” adding that the coaching staff and teammates have a duty to help him perform at his best. The German tactician underlined that players must give everything on the pitch and maintain maximum intensity throughout the game.
He also pointed to the importance of key figures in the squad, naming Spanish midfielders Pedri and Gavi as essential to Barcelona’s rhythm and control, while also referencing English forward Marcus Rashford as a player whose energy and quality can influence matches at the highest level.
