Following the championship match between Barcelona and Copenhagen, Brazilian star Raphinha revealed what he considered the most important part of the encounter, pointing to the team’s strong response after the break.
Speaking after the match, the Barcelona forward praised the team’s composition and structure following the second half display. Reflecting on the shift in momentum, Raphinha highlighted how the players adjusted their approach and regained rhythm. “I think we weren’t at our best moments in the first half, but in the second half I think we found ourselves and managed to score the goals,” he stated.
According to the Brazilian star, the second-half performance against Copenhagen defined the outcome of the game and reflected the team’s objectives going into the match. He emphasized that efficiency and composure were key once Barcelona settled into their style of play. “And I think that’s the most important thing, and that’s what we were looking for,” Raphinha added.
Barcelona found the net after opening the scoring record in the 48th minute through Robert Lewandowski. The momentum continued as Lamine Yamal doubled the lead in the 60th minute, before Raphinha added a third from the penalty spot in the 69th minute. The attacking display was capped off by Marcus Rashford, who also got on the scoresheet.
