President Mahama to Inaugurate Key Projects in Savannah and Upper West Regions

Ghana’s government spokesperson, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has revealed President Mahama's upcoming travel itinerary via his official Twitter account. The President is scheduled to relocate to the Savannah and Upper West Regions this Wednesday. The primary purpose of this visit is to officially cut the sod for new road projects under the government's "Big Push" infrastructure initiative.


According to Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the week is a particularly busy one for the administration. The schedule includes a three-day state visit from the German President and a significant announcement from the Interior Minister tomorrow regarding the investigation into election-related killings from 2020 and 2024. 


Furthermore, the week will conclude with another pivotal event on Thursday, as President Mahama is set to sod for a major multi-purpose solar energy project at the Dawa Industrial Park, highlighting the government's continued focus on infrastructure and energy development.
