Building on this monumental achievement, Baci has now secured a second Guinness World Record. On Monday, September 15th, she was officially announced as the record holder for the largest serving of Nigerian-style Jollof rice, a landmark feat that further celebrates Nigeria's rich culinary heritage on the world stage.
